Moreno Valley Preparatory

Moreno Valley Preparatory is a public charter school open to all students. Recognized by the College Board as a Platinum AP Honor Roll School, granted the AP Access award, and designated by the National Institute for STEM Education as a NCSE (National Certificate for STEM Excellence) campus, we have prepared each graduate with the academic skills and habits of thought that will serve them personally and as citizens. Every student takes dual credit classes to meet personal and academic goals leading to a workforce certification, associate degree, or undergraduate degree. We do not track students into different paths, but promote and support the individual endeavors of each student. In addition to coursework, our graduates must complete a multidisciplinary Capstone project with industry experts who mentor the student throughout the project. Each student contributes to the rich community tapestry of Moreno Valley Preparatory, where they participate in soccer, golf, rock band, and theatrical productions.

The MVP diploma certifies that the graduate has mastered the humanities, math, science, the arts, foreign language, physical education, and individualized coursework. The spirit and goal remains focused on developing habits of mind and learning that will pay dividends for a lifetime.
